Financial Data: Invoicing records, insurance claim identifiers, and transaction statuses used to facilitate your practice billing.
Client Booking Data: Information provided by your clients through your branded booking pages, collected solely to facilitate scheduling.

How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Efficio Hub and booking platforms.
To facilitate communication between practitioners and their clients regarding appointments and professional records.
To generate "Gold Standard" PDF archives for clinical compliance.
To provide priority support for our Standard Pro, Founding Partner, and Lifetime members.

Data Ownership & Security

You retain 100% ownership of your practice and client data. We implement industry-standard encryption and secure authentication through Firebase. Our "Gold Standard" archiving system ensures that once a clinical note is signed and locked, it is stored as an immutable PDF to protect the integrity of your professional records.

Third-Party Processing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe for payments or Firebase for secure hosting) necessary to run the Efficio service.

Compliance & Your Rights

We respect your rights to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Efficio is designed to support clinical compliance standards, including PIPA (Alberta) and other regional regulations regarding secure electronic health record keeping.
